Location
Wifi is not throughout hotel as claimed. Hotel is dirty. The staff are rude. The breakfast is a disgrace. If the rate was half the price for the room then it would equate to the value received, unfortunately this is not the case.
-
I did not like the hotel, room was normal size but the furniture was horrable except the new flat TV

Location
Lot lot of noise Very disgracing breakfast, much below imagination.....
-
Location
Very expensive parking. A discount for hotel dwellers would make me feel better.
-
Location
Old, not so clean, expensive (although Jerusalem is expensive)
-
Great location. Receptionist was very sweet (on arrival) Next morning, a more chilly (new) receptionist with very little hospitality training it appeared. Not much by way of charm.
The breakfast was woeful. Tired eggs, dry bread, cheap condiments and dirty tablecloths... bad way to start the day.
-
Prive and location around old city in ierusalem
too small room, too small bad, too noisy, it really have no any parking, breakfast doesn't looks like really continental. even no blind in bath.
-
Great location in the heart of Jerusalem.
This hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated for 100 years. Sheets were torn, Air Conditioner was programmed to shut off every hour to save them money on electricity, so at night I woke up several times in a sweat to go turn the a/c back on. Someone should buy this place and renovate it and it will be great. Until then, stay somewhere else.

Breakfast buffet included, city center location
Dirty premises, noisy. Poor staff training - no towels in the room on second day, etc. No Internet in the rooms, and WiFi in the hotel lobby was impossible to connect to Internet. (despite much related experience). Broken furniture, ripped carpets in the room. No parking, and even on the street virtually impossible to park. Overall I had an impression of staying in a seedy, unkempt walkup facility with poor housekeeping, not as described and not worth the price at all.
-
Very poor breakfast, in the bathroom stinks, very noisy, no parking.
-
The staff was extremely riendly and helpul. A terrific location and view from the balcony. And very reasonably priced. Noisy, but in a way, that was part of its charm. I would definitely stay here again.
Perhaps for some people it might be too noisy as it is right on top of the middle of nightlife in Ben Yehuda. And I wish there had been a hair dryer! Otherwise I thought it was totally charming!
-
It s surrounded by shops and nice cafe. 15Mins walk to the old city and now the train on Jaffa Road is just on trail and if it is in service , it would be much easier for the tourist to travel.
No elevator and I had to carry 2 luggage up and down myself. There are only 2 staff and they are so mean. Carpet in the room is dusty and tv signal is poor. Air-con is automatically off every 2hrs and telephone in the room is broken. The room is so old. Well, I dont expect anything more..... It was my first time and would be last time too.
-
The staff was very nice. The location is great is you want to visit the Old City.
There is no elevator. At Booked.net it was said that wi-fi connection is available in the whole hotel, however, the level of the signal is good enough only at the reception. There is a restaurant at the ground floor, so it was a little noisy at nights.
-
Good location (near the Old City), safe part of the city (near the Jaffa Gates) - not dangerous in the evening, very welcome and helpful staff, guided tours by bus right from the hotel, very good breakfast (many vegetables, fish, meat), clean rooms, big and nice lobby, many shops and caffes around, many bus routs to different destinations
Wi-fi in the room was too weak - it was necessary to go down to lobby

The hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were warm, friendly and accommodating. After just spending two nights in a Sheraton in the US, I was reminded how valuable this kind of attention is. The warmth and attention is worth far more than a giant room and an indoor pool. The place has character and charm.
No real complaints, though it is in the middle of a very happening place on Zion square. If you want peace, then go to another hotel.
